Novotel Goa Resort & Spa Candolim, Candolim

Our stay at Novotel Candolim was absolutely wonderful. The staff made us feel right at home, and the room we were given was perfect for our needs, providing a peaceful escape. However, it’s worth noting that one of the facilities had a bit of a foul smell during our stay, which was not ideal. Overall, it felt like great value for money, especially with the special touches they provided, like a complimentary birthday cake.

My stay was quite enjoyable, especially for families. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beach, and the kids’ play areas are great. The staff, particularly in the kitchen, were incredibly accommodating and even tailored meals for my little one. However, I did notice that the rooms felt a bit smaller than expected, and there were a few cleanliness issues in the dining area that could use improvement.

The Novotel resort near Candolim beach was an overall pleasant stay for our family, especially with kids. The hospitality from staff like Linda and the shuttle driver was exceptional. While the facilities such as the kids' play area and pool were enjoyable, I felt some staff could benefit from more empathy during emergencies. The room had cleanliness issues upon arrival, but the housekeeping team addressed those promptly. Overall, it's a nice family-friendly resort with good amenities, but there's scope for improvement in service response during critical situations.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, clean and spacious rooms, and hosts amazing staff who made my stay memorable. The swimming pool area is lovely, but the service experience left a lot to be desired, especially at check-in and in the restaurant. While the food was tasty and the amenities were enjoyable, the staff's lack of efficiency was disappointing.

Staying at the Novotel Goa Resort and Spa was an unforgettable experience! The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like family right from the moment we arrived. The kids had a blast with various on-site activities, and the ambiance was simply delightful. While everything was mostly great, a few minor delays in service were noticeable due to the high number of guests. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to unwind and create family memories.
